To ensure a smooth and efficient payment process, we kindly request that you submit and fill out the booking form on our website's booking page before proceeding with your payment. This form allows us to gather all the necessary information to provide you with the best picnic experience possible.

 

PAYMENT IS CONTACTLESS AND ONLINE PAYMENT IS UNAVAILABLE.

 

We would like to inform you that at this time, we are not accepting online payments on our website. However, we have made the payment process contactless for your convenience. You can complete the payment via Square Payment.

 

PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN VIA SQUARE PAYMENT AND WILL BE SENT WITH AN INVOICE VIA EMAIL AFTER THE BOOKING FORM IS FILLED OUT AND CONFIRMED.

 

Once you have filled out and submitted the booking form, our team will process your request and confirm your reservation. Following confirmation, we will generate an invoice for your picnic package. The payment will be taken via Square Payment, a secure and trusted payment platform. You will receive the invoice via email, which will include instructions on how to make the payment.

 

We kindly request that you complete the payment within the specified timeframe mentioned in the invoice to secure your reservation. Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit must be made a week in advance before the event to secure your desired date. Your reservation will only be fully confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

 

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 72 hours prior to the picnic via Square Payment. Another separate invoice for the remaining balance and any additional payments for add-ons will be sent via email once the deposit for your picnic is processed. It's important to note that we will not set up your picnic unless we have received the full payment. This policy ensures that we can prepare and set up your picnic experience properly, allowing us to deliver the highest quality service.
